Future Goals
Our roadmap for the next few years.
Short-Term Goals (0-1 year)
Immediate priorities focused on strengthening community safety, supporting our volunteers, and ensuring readiness through events and recruitment.
Fundraising Events
Try to achieve two monthly fundraising events to help acquire new equipment and provide vital training for our volunteers.
Volunteer Recruitment Drive
Launch a campaign to attract new volunteer firefighters and support staff to ensure our department remains strong and responsive.
Medium-Term Goals (1-5 years)
Projects to expand capabilities and improve service. This includes our goal of adding a Fire Utility Vehicle (Side-by-Side) for off-road incidents, wildland firefighting, and event support.
Fire Utility Vehicle (SxS Goal)
Add a Side-by-Side (SxS) utility vehicle, such as a Maverick or Mule, equipped for fire service operations. This will improve our ability to respond to off-road emergencies, assist with wildland firefighting, and provide support during community events.
Upgrade Training Facilities
Renovate and expand our training facilities with modern tools, simulators, and dedicated spaces. These upgrades will ensure our firefighters have access to advanced, realistic training that keeps them prepared for today’s evolving emergency challenges.
Long-Term Goals (5+ years)
Visionary projects that will shape the future of our department and prepare us to serve a growing community for generations to come.
Construct a New Fire Station
Our ultimate long-term goal is to build a larger, more efficient fire station that can better serve our growing community for generations to come.
